Pyongyang, March 30 (KCNA) — Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the WPK, and Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK, member of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and premier of the Cabinet, inspected the construction site of Pyongyang General Hospital.
They encouraged the builders who are making unprecedented miracles and innovations day after day through a loyal offensive, a fierce 24-7 struggle and a resolute lightning campaign true to the noble intention of the WPK to successfully build the general hospital and present it to the people.
Looking round various places of the construction site, they called upon officials to fully display the spirit of regarding the Party’s policies as absolute and implementing them unconditionally, and put special emphasis on ensuring the quality and speed of the construction at a high level and organize the command of the projects and construction.
Issues discussed in field included powerful political agitation for boosting the zeal of the masses, observance of the building standards and methods at each construction process and fulfillment of phase-specific plans.
The meeting also took substantial measures for inputting heavy machines and vehicles and making rational use of construction force and equipment and for relevant units to ensure timely production and supply of building materials and equipment in keeping with the progress of the project. -0-
