Pyongyang, April 29 (KCNA) — Premier Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea and member of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, inspected different units of national economy, including the Sunchon Cement Complex and the Kumsong Tractor Factory
Making rounds of the complex, the premier urged officials to properly organize operation for increasing the capabilities of building-materials production and give correct guidance over it, calling upon all the producers to strictly observe the technical rules and standard regulations in managing equipment in a responsible manner
At the Kumsong Tractor Factory, he underlined the need to speed up the technical modernization for enhanced performance of rolling stocks, build up its own sci-tech forces through regular operation of sci-tech learning space, realize the integration of science and technology into production and thus add glory to the honor of being the unit associated with leadership exploits.
The field consultative meetings underscored the importance of missions charged by those units in preferentially supplying cement and machines to the projects to which the Party attaches importance, discussed measures to turn production processes into labor-saving and technology-intensive ones and called on the relevant sectors to give definite precedence to supplying materials.
Kim Jae Ryong also inspected the Sunchon Phosphate Fertilizer Factory now under construction, the construction site of the project for developing C1 chemical industry and the Ferrous Metal Research Institute under the State Academy of Sciences. -0-
